Shipping Policy - the basics

Cross On Oak LLC ships orders exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days for regular items and 7–14 business days for custom or personalized products. Processing time does not include transit time. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and selected service. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Cross On Oak LLC.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when applicable.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Cross On Oak LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Cross On Oak LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Cross On Oak LLC within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging so a resolution can be arranged.
Pre-order or made-to-order items may require extended processing times as indicated on the product page. Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may ship together unless otherwise requested.
