Refund Policy - the basics

Cross On Oak LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements may be issued.
1. Returns for Full-Price Items

Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Sale Items

Any item marked as a sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional item is nonrefundable.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items are nonrefundable because they are created specifically based on the customer’s design requests.

If there is an issue with workmanship, quality, personalization accuracy, or the item arrives damaged, Cross On Oak LLC will remake the customized product at no additional cost to the customer. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for Custom Work

If a customer is still unsatisfied with the remade custom product, they may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the product price, excluding tax and shipping fees.

Refunds for custom work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require the return of the original product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the packaging and the item so we can evaluate the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

5. Return Process
